About Mike
I’ve been a Manual Therapist for 10 years, with an early interest in the body’s potential that began in high school through sports, biology, and physical education. After a year in practice, I deepened my knowledge by completing the Manual Osteopathy Diploma Program, which broadened my perspective and enhanced my ability to identify root causes of dysfunction and support clients more effectively.

In 2024, I briefly stepped back to raise my three children while my wife transitioned out of her holistic food business. Now back in the Okanagan, I bring a blended approach that integrates Manual Therapy (myofascial bodywork and functional release), Movement Therapy (functional range conditioning), and individualized Home Care (strength, stretching, and mobility techniques). Together, we’ll create a collaborative plan to improve function, resolve limitations, and support lasting breakthroughs.

My focus is on providing accountability and ongoing guidance to ensure progress and long-term results.

Outside of practice, I enjoy time with my wife Chrystal and our three energetic children, following the stock market, watching hockey, and exploring the outdoors.
